D: How can I pay for my purchases?

D: What risks do I run by making a credit card payment??
R: The credit card is not passable on our site but has been registered in an encrypted way on Secure Server (SSL 128) of the Bank. D: Is it possible to send the products as a gift to a friend?
R: No problem. If you wish to send a product to a friend without making the amount appear, proceed as follows: - register with your name and surname - enter the recipient details in the address book - insert the words "GIFT" in the notes asking you to omit the amount. The staff will ensure that the amount is not indicated to the recipient.
 D:How can I check the status of my orders?

D: How is the delivery?

How to behave in case of damage due to transport

  • express a reservation: the package is accepted but before signing the document you will have to write "I accept with reserve right". It will be possible once the package has been opened and any damage has been found, to be compensated in the shortest possible time.
  • reject the damaged goods if it is not possible to accept the package with reserve or if the damage is still visible without having to open the package 
 D: How can I use the right of withdrawal?
R: Tatamix Store recognizes the right of withdrawal as required by current legislation. The deadline to make use of this right is 10 days within which the customer is required to inform us at:

To exercise the right of withdrawal it is necessary that:
1. the customer expresses the wish to avail himself of the right of withdrawal in the manner described above 
2. the good purchased is intact and returned in its original complete packaging in all its parts
3. the product is returned in the times and in the manner described above. The delivery costs are charged to the customer himself.
The goods once arrived at our warehouse, will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not caused by transport. After checking the integrity of the goods, we will re-credit the amount by bank transfer to the bank account you have communicated to the customer service. In case of payment by credit card we will reimburse the amount paid by canceling the amount from our "back office". The refund refers to the price of the product, excluding shipping costs incurred by the customer.
